Day 4!! - April 14th

Why Hello There :)

I am currently on "Daaaayyyy Fooouuuurrr"!! (Said in a loud announcers voice) :) Day 4 I am feeling really good! SERIOUSLY! I had to wake up EXTRA early this morning for my meeting and I got up only after 1, 15 minute snooze! WOO! That is extremely good for me!

I remember when I was a kid, I would be up before the sun rose and showering and getting ready by the time you could see the bus through the trees on a school day. I never had an issue with getting up and getting my butt in gear for the day. Lately, it has been the opposite. There have been times where I hit the snooze button so many times that my alarm STOPS trying to wake me up... just an FYI... I have my alarm set on my cellphone AND my clock radio. They go off within 5 minutes of each other and I STILL manage to groggily shut/turn both off! NOT GOOD...

Anyways... back to DAaayyy Fouuurrrr....besides the fact I had to wake up earlier than normal and come into work and have a couple meetings during the day, I felt good. Usually, this day of the month I dread because I have so much going on! Today was different. I felt VERY focused on getting what I had to do, done. I didn't stress about the things that I had to do at the last minute and today just flew by! I love those days that just fly by :)

So, recap of AdvoCare Day 4:
(✓)Probiotic Restore Packet when I was getting ready for work...
(WOO! Today there was NO FIBER DRINK!)
Breakfast:
(✓)I had 2 servings of baby carrots because I forgot to bring my fruit to work this morning! I munched on them up until my 2nd meeting of the day...(DOH!)
(✓)SPARK! (Boy did I need it!)
Lunch:
Lunch was tricky today because I have to go to a meeting at a Pizza Parlor...oooo soooo tempting to have a slice (or 3!) of pizza and my Dt. Dew! Nope! I was good! I chose lettuce, a scoop of chopped hard boiled eggs, black & green olives and a Italian Vinaigrette dressing. I had to have something to top off my salad. It was fat free and I think 45 cals per serving and I had 1/2 a serving with my salad for taste. I was still hungry after my first meeting and had to stay for the board meeting so I grabbed another serving of lettuce and a couple chopped black & green olives again. (There were no hard boiled eggs left! SAD!) And then I just used the 1/2 serving I had left for that salad. (Whoosh...I sure had to describe lunch in detail!)
Mid-Afternoon:
(✓)3 Hard boiled Eggs with Pleasoning
(✓)2 Bananas

(✓)1 Banana on the way out to Shake 'N Shed
(✓)3 Catalyst! (Hopefully this will work for me! This is the "Lipo in a bottle" woo! I hope this will help my "udders" lol....I don't got "bat wings" I got me some UDDERS! Well, minus the teets part?!)

I got home and I was HUN-GRY!
(✓) 4 OmegaPlex (I can't do 6 again quite yet!)
(✓) 2 Hard boiled eggs with Pleasoning
(✓) 1.5+ servings of boiled broccoli
(✓) 1 serving of boiled corn!
(✓) 1 apple for snack
(✓) Herbal cleanse packet (Eep! For some reason... I just can't get over the smell/taste of these 3 pills? BLACH! I try to get that part done ASAP... then I drink a lot of water to get the taste out of my mouth and then I end up waking myself up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom :P Ok, TMI, but it happens! Not a big deal....)

Good night sleep at 10:00 p.m. ish!

  1. AWESOME job! I know it kinda stinks with the eating. You've done yourself a favor though. Had you eaten that pizza your stomach wouldn't have felt good at all later on. Which always double stinks. I would have asked them if they could have gotten some more egg for you. I LOVE olives so it wasn't a bad choice at all. I'm sure Italian was also the best for the salad. SO proud of you! LOVE those HB eggs myself. :)
