Day 11 - April 21st


Today marked the 11th day of my Challenge! This is the tricky part where I started the MNS® Max 3 Multinutrient Dietary Supplement regimen.

I was really hesitant to be taking multivitamins, because I haven't really thought that I needed to take them in the past. About a year ago, I went to the doctor and my check-up was just fine, but she suggested that I take a "multivitamin". I was like "ok" and didn't really think much about it. I then went to Wal-Mart and got the cheapest multivitamin that I could find, because I didn't want to spend the money on getting something that I didn't think I needed. I am currently looking at the bottle that I have had in my desk... "equate complete mulitivitamin".

Seriously though, what is in this stuff? I am trying to put good vitamins in my body, but yet I sacrificed quality for price... If I really cared about what was going into my body at that time, I would have realized that I was sacrificing quality ingredients for a cheaper price. I honestly did not care what I was putting into my body, as long it was a cheap price. But with AdvoCare, I realized that you do need the highest quality of ingredients and it shouldn't be a concern of price.

So Here is my recap of Day 11:
(Like I said, I was a little overwhelmed with the vitamins, but it was smooth sailing after the first packet)
7:30 a.m. -
(✓) 1st "Yellow Packet" (marked "take 30 min before breakfast) (actually, it's the packet with the "golden outline" the packet isn't completely yellow :))
(✓) 1 Spark
(✓) 3 Catalyst
Around 8:00 a.m.ish -
(✓) Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake (YUM!)
(✓) White packet (marked take with breakfast/lunch)
(✓) Apple for snack
Around 11:00 a.m.ish
(✓) 2nd "Yellow Packet" (marked "take 30 min before lunch)
Around 11:30 a.m.ish
(✓) White packet (marked take with breakfast/lunch)
(✓) Can of tuna
(✓) salad
(✓) 2 hard boiled eggs
Afternoon snack:
(✓) apple
(✓) banana
Supper:
(✓) 1/2 of my favorite Chicken Ranch Wrap at Pla Mor Lanes! (It's on the Gundersen Lutheran 500 Club!!!!)
(✓) 3 Catalyst before workout
After work, I headed to Zumba with Anne & Dani! I worked out for 1 hour of Zumba and 1 hour of Hip Hop Hustle!

I got home and I was pretty hungry
(✓) 3 omegaplex
(✓) The other 1/2 of my favorite Chicken Ranch Wrap

I thought Day 11 went pretty decent! :)
