I've been lacking a little on blogging for this past weekend, but here is my recap of Friday, April 15th.
(✓) 1 pro-biotic cleanse packet
(✓) water
Breakfast:
(✓)2 Bananas
(✓)Spark
Snack:
(✓) 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Lunch:
(✓) 2 servings of ice berg lettuce with some apple cider vinegar
(✓) apple
Supper:
I had gotten done with work at 3:30 p.m. on Friday and Cole met me at work to get something for supper. We were both trying to find something that we would both like and a place where I could get something healthy! We decided on Ardie's and I ordered a salad that consisted of:
(✓) 2 servings of ice berg lettuce
(✓) hard boiled eggs (halves)
(✓) tomatoes
(✓) carrots
(✓) turkey & ham pieces. I couldn't tell if the turkey and ham were lunch meat cut up or not, so I "picked through" my salad and ate the "goodies, i.e. veggies!"
(✓) Italian Dressing
(✓) water
(✓) 4 OmegaPlex with dinner
The salad at Ardie's was DELICIOUS! They did have a little pleasoning seasoning there, so I added a sprinkle to a hard boiled egg half, but just enjoyed the taste of the hard boiled egg in it's natural taste. The salad was really fresh and I was full after I was done eating! I had the leftover pieces of ham and turkey bits still on my plate, but I did not feel compelled to eat them! Supper was fabulous :)
Snack:
(✓) apple
(✓) herbal cleanse packet before bed!
I totally commend your effort. I would have just eaten the meat personally, but then again possibly not if I wasn't hungry. WoW you're doing AMAZING.. I'm sure you can notice results already. :)
