Monday, Monday! Today was a busy day, but I will give you run down on what I have been doing!
Breakfast:
(✓) Probiotic Restore in the morning with water
(✓) Fiber Drink!
(✓) Banana
Snack:
(✓) apple
Lunch:
(✓) 3 Hard Boiled Eggs
(✓) apple
(✓) banana
(✓) large baked potato with pleasoning seasoning
Snack:
(✓) 2 Tomatoes from Kwik Trip
Supper:
(✓) 2 servings of Salmon
(✓) 3 servings of broccoli & corn boiled veggies
(✓) 4 OmegaPlex
Snack:
(✓) Banana
I felt really good about my choices that night. I had an event after work that had yummy hors d'oeurves, but I refrained from having them! They had some sort of wonderful looking pasta salad and meatballs! They both looked great, but I knew I had to stick to the 24-Day Challenge! :)
