Day 19 - April 29th

I was up early to make my fruit bouquet for the pot luck party today! (Grapes & Cantaloupe!) I made my famous cucumber salad (Cucumbers/apple cider vinegar/salt/pepper/fake sugar)

6:30 a.m.
(✓) 1st Yellow Packet
(✓) 3 Catalyst
(✓) 1 Mandarin Spark
8:30 a.m.
(✓) 1st White Packet
(✓) Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
(✓) Water
11:30 a.m.
(✓) 2nd Yellow Packet
(✓) Water
12:00 p.m.
(✓) 2nd White Packet
(✓) 1 Brat with wheat bun/mustard/some saur kraut
(✓) small serving of "chuck wagon baked beans" (misc ingredients...)
(✓) grapes/cantaloupe (2 servings)
(✓) cucumber salad
5:00 p.m.
For some reason, I was super hungry and I had some leftover "chuck wagon baked beans" that I ate a small container of. My stomach didn't feel the best after I had eaten them... I could tell they weren't the best food choice that I could have made at that moment...

I'm still doing good though! I'm feeling good and I am making conscious good food choices! I don't even have to "turn the other cheek" when it comes to my sweet tooth anymore, sweets really aren't as attractive as they once were... I DIG the fact that I'm losing my candy eating habits! Woo WOO!
