Hello Everyone! I MADE IT TO DAY 10!!!!!!!!!!!! I am really feeling great about myself! I've seen changes in how clothes are fitting! They are fitting looser and I don't seem to have too much of a junky-trunk, extending out my backside! It's quite amazing how I feel. I believe this is one thing that AdvoCare has done for me. Honestly, my complexion has becoming clearer and I have more of a "glow" about me! It's probably because I have been hydrating my skin by drinking 'lots of water! ExCiTiNg!
Here is the update for Day 10:
Today was slightly stressful because of an event I had tonight, that I had to get planned for....
Breakfast:
(✓) Probiotic Restore with water in the morning
(✓) Fiber Drink (LAST ONE!!!!!)
(✓) Spark 30 minutes later
(✓) Banana
Throughout the day, I was SUPER busy, so I wasn't really concentrating on eating...
Lunch:
(✓) 4 Hard Boiled Eggs
(✓) Banana
Snack:
(✓) Apple
Around 2:00 p.m. I headed to set up for the event that night. I could tell I was HUNGRY! I was really focusing on getting the event together, so I wanted to get that done with before I really thought about food. After setting up for the event about 4:00 p.m., Cole had met me and we went to the Food Co-op to do a little grocery shopping. My stomach was telling me that I needed to feed is asap. I was even starting to get a little light-headed. I grabbed 4 apples, a bag of dried banana chips and a small salad to get me through until supper time.
Pre-Supper snack:
(✓) Handful of iceberg lettuce
(✓) couple peas
(✓) 5 cherry tomatoes
(✓) 1/2 of a Hard boiled Egg (Slices)
(✓) raspberry vinaigrette dressing (YUM!!)
(✓) 4 OmegaPlex
So, I was really hungry today. I couldn't help it. I thought I was doing well with my food choices and I tried to drink an extra water....
At the banquet/Supper:
(✓) Small Chicken breast with a teriyaki sauce
(✓) Veggie medley (I could tell they were sauteed with butter & spices :()
(✓) grilled potatoes with spices

I regret to say... a SMALL slice of strawberry cheesecake...... It was so GOOD! I couldn't help it! It was really tastey. I suppose I could have saved it for a rainy day, but it was definitely sitting there for the entire meal...
Well, I'm going to let by-gones be by-gones! It was good and I have done well with the first 10 days :)
I told the truth! I will be better in the future :)
Done well is an UNDERSTATEMENT you've done AWESOME! I'll be giving you a call tonight to follow up to see how day 11 went for you! :) You are doing a STELLAR job on how to do the 24 day challenge. I'm sure you'll be an inspiration to a lot of people too. I admire how strong you've been with all of the pizza opps & banquets that you've stayed strong for!
