I'm lacking on Blogging, but here is Tuesday!
Breakfast:
(✓) Probiotic Restore packet with Water
(✓) Fiber Drink
(✓) Mandarin Orange Spark 30 minutes later
(✓) 3 Hard Boiled Eggs!!
Snack:
(✓) Apple
Lunch:
(✓) 1 Can of Tuna
(✓) 1 Large baked potato with Pleasoning
(✓) 1 Hard boiled Egg with Pleasoning
Snack:
(✓) Banana
Supper:
(✓) 3 Servings of peas and broccoli
(✓) 4 OmegaPlex
(✓) 2 Servings of Salmon
(✓) 1 Hard Boiled Egg with Pleasoning
Snack:
(✓) apple
Day 9 was difficult as well. We had a ribbon cutting for a local pizza parlor. I really wanted to try their dessert pizza, along with their wonderful smelling breakfast pizza. Wow, it was tempting just to try something! I did not want to be rude, but I was cordial and talked with everyone while they were trying the foods. The owner asked if I wanted anything, and I respectfully declined. It was hard to do, especially because the food was made especially for us.
I am seriously feeling really good about myself and I didn't want to eat the foods because I was on day 9! Day 9 people!! I'm almost done with the first 10 days of the Challenge! I can't mess up now!!!!!!! :)
